Return & Refund Policy – New England Whitetails

At New England Whitetails, every product is made to order just for you. Because of this personalized production process, we do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

Exceptions

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

• Production Errors: If your item arrives with a printing mistake or manufacturing defect.
• Damaged Items: If your item is damaged during shipping.

To request a refund or replacement for one of these exceptions, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

We’ll review your request and respond promptly.
